WASTE MANAGEMENT
ORS offers varied technologies used for waste processing
Our technologies have been built in a way that they can be customised based on the requirements of different projects, availability of feedstock, and market demand for specific products/by-products in various local regions. Our waste management solutions are also scalable to fit the needs of small, medium or large-scale waste processing projects.
Anaerobic Digestion Technologies
Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a biological process through which bacteria can break down and convert organic waste into biogas, in the absence of oxygen. Anaerobic digestion to produce biogas is done within a sealed vessel called a digester. This digester can be constructed in different shapes or sizes, depending upon the requirements of the project and the type of feedstock. Inside the digester, the complex microbial bacteria break down the organic waste into biogas and digestate as by-products.
Composting Technologies
An alternative way to treat organic wastes is through various composting technologies. ORS specializes in setting up centralized composting solutions from 25 TPD to 100 TPD.
Our solutions are based on technical and financial viability with an assessment report that includes feedstock analysis, land feasibility, and compost offtake potential.
Liquid Waste Technologies
A proper methodology and correct use of technology is a way to treat wastewater generated through habitats and industrial units. ORS specializes in providing designs, schemes, and retrofitting/ capacity enhancement for existing setups.
Our wastewater treatment solutions are based on technical and financial feasibility with an approach to optimize the space available and usage catering to small and larger capacity installations.
